Expanding button group
Icon actions in one pill. The one under the pointer grows to show its label, and a finished action confirms in place.
Message actions
One action stays open at rest. Pointing at another, or focusing it from the keyboard, slides the label over. Archive, snooze and delete finish with a check. Reply and forward only open.

Size, variant, color and rounded follow the expanding-button-group config, the same packs as the button. An item color overrides the group color.
